 यूरोपीय यूनियन का एक देश और सदस्य क्रोएशिया यूरोपीय यूनियन के ऊपर भड़क गया है,  और उसने यूरोप में यूनियन को खरी-खरी सुनाते हुए,  रूस के तेल पर प्रतिबंध को मात्र एक छलावा बताया है,  क्रोएशिया ने बताया कि यूरोपीय यूनियन के देश रूस के उस तेल पर प्रतिबंध लगाना चाहते हैं जो समुद्र के रास्ते पाइप लाइन से आता है,  जब भी दो तिहाई तेल टैंकर के माध्यम से जमीन के रास्ते से आता है,  इसलिए इसे पूर्ण रूप से विस्तार में देखा जाए तो यूरोप यूनियन के देश समुद्र के रास्ते जो तेल यूरोप के देशों में आने वाला है कि मात्र उस पर प्रतिबंध लगा रहे हैं जिससे रूस के ऊपर कोई प्रभाव पड़ने वाला नहीं, 

अमेरिका दूसरी तरफ परेशान है, अमेरिका रूस को किसी भी तरह रोकना चाहता है,  दूसरी तरफ तेल उत्पादक देशों के ओपेक के  जो सऊदी अरब की अगुवाई में तेल उत्पादन को नहीं बढ़ा रहे हैं,  वह सीधे-सीधे अमेरिका और यूरोप के देशों को चुनौती दे रहे हैं,  आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दिया जाए की दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा तेल उत्पादक देश स्वयं अमेरिका है,  अमेरिका प्रतिदिन 1.5 करोड़  बैरल तेल का उत्पादन करता है,  जबकि अमेरिका में तेल की खपत प्रतिदिन दो करोड़ बैरल  है,  इसी कारण अमेरिका अपने देश की खपत तेलों को रुस  से भी आया करता रहता है, 

 दूसरी तरफ तेल उत्पादक देशों के ओपेक के  जो सऊदी अरब की अगुवाई में तेल उत्पादन को नहीं बढ़ा रहे हैं,  वह सीधे-सीधे अमेरिका और यूरोप के देशों को चुनौती दे रहे हैं,  आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दिया जाए की दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा तेल उत्पादक देश स्वयं अमेरिका है,  अमेरिका प्रतिदिन 1.5 करोड़  बैरल तेल का उत्पादन करता है,  जबकि अमेरिका में तेल की खपत प्रतिदिन दो करोड़ बैरल  है,  इसी कारण अमेरिका अपने देश की खपत तेलों को रुप से भी आया करता रहता है,
