कश्मीर आज फिर  चर्चा का केंद्र बना हुआ है,  कश्मीर में आम नागरिकों को टारगेट करके उनके ऊपर  आतंकवादियों के  हमले हो रहे हैं,  विस्थापित कश्मीरी हिंदुओं के ऊपर आतंकवादियों द्वारा यह हमले टारगेट कर किए जा रहे हैं,  इसके पीछे देश के बाहरी ताकतों का भी हाथ हो सकता है,  अभी हाल में ओपेक  संगठन ने भारत के अंदर कश्मीर के मामले को उठाया था,  ओपेक सदस्य देशों के संगठन का मुखिया सऊदी अरब है,  यह वहीसऊदी अरब भारत की सरकार से बेहद नाराज है, ,क्योंकि भारत सरकार ने सऊदी अरब से आने वाले तेल की मात्रा में कटौती कर इस मात्रा को रूस से मंगा रहा है,  कश्मीर में सुरक्षाबलों के ऊपर हमले होते रहते थे किंतु विगत कुछ दिनों में नागरिकों पर हुए हमले को कमतर करके आंका नहीं जा सकता, सऊदी अरब का इतिहास है की की पूरी दुनिया मे आतंकी संघठनो को यह फण्ड उपलब्ध कराता रहा है, ईरान जैसे देशो ने सऊदी अरब के ऊपर इस्लामिक स्टेट जैसे आतंकी संघठनो को फण्ड उपलब्ध करने के आरोप लगे है, वही भारत मे कुछ लोगो के ऐसे विचार है की कश्मीर मे आतंक को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सऊदी अरब की अगुवाई मे ओपेक देश धर्म के नाम पर धन आतंकी संघठनो को पाकिस्तान के माध्यम से उपलब्ध कराते रहे है,,

तीसरे दृष्टिकोण से  कश्मीर के विस्थापित हिंदुओं को जिस प्रकार से चिन्हित कर उनको गोली मारी जा रही है, उससे यह बात साफ स्पष्ट होती है कि कहीं न कहीं कश्मीर के मामले में कई बाहरी देशों का भी इंटरेस्ट रहा है,  ओपेक देशों का कश्मीर के भीतरी मामलों में बार-बार प्रश्न उठाना,  कश्मीर के मामले में चीन का आवाज उठाना,  तथा कश्मीर के भीतरी मामलों में इस समय अमेरिका के द्वारा जिस प्रकार बहस के केंद्र बिंदु पर लाया जा रहा है,  उससे यह बात तो स्पष्ट साफ होती है कि मोदी सरकार को और भारत को टारगेट करके,  देश की बाहर की ताकतें मोदी सरकार को घेरने का कार्य कर रहे हैं,  दूसरे मामलों में देखा जाए तो रूस और यूक्रेन का युद्ध भी इस इस मामले को बहुत अधिक प्रभावित कर रहा है,  रूस का साथ देने के कारण अमेरिका हर मामले में कश्मीर की तथा मुस्लिम मामलों में मोदी सरकार को घेरने व दबाव बनाने मे लगा है

कश्मीर में कश्मीर के हिंदुओं को गोली मारने वाले आतंकवादी,  या कश्मीर में आतंकवाद को बढ़ावा देने वाले आतंकवादी संगठन को एक मजबूत फंड मिल रहा है,  जिसके बल पर यह आतंकवादी आतंकवादी घटनाओं को अंजाम दे रहे हैं,  अब अगर पाकिस्तान की  बात करें तो दिवालिया होने के कगार पर खड़ा पाकिस्तान हमें नहीं लगता कि वह बहुत फण्ड  आतंकवादी घटनाओं को आतंकवादी संगठनों को उपलब्ध करा सकता है,  क्योंकि घरेलू मुद्दे पर पाकिस्तान की अर्थव्यवस्था बेहद ही खराब है,  कश्मीर में होने वाले आतंकवादियों को फंड उपलब्ध कराने वाला कोई तीसरा देश भी है जो पाकिस्तान के माध्यम से भारत सरकार को अस्थिर करने के लिए आतंकवादियों को धन उपलब्ध पाकिस्तान के माध्यम से करा रहा है,  वह कौन सा देश है?  कश्मीर में यूएई अपना पैसा और धन लगाया है जिसे सऊदी अरब अपने को खुद को उपेक्षित महसूस कर रहा है,  वही मोदी सरकार ने सऊदी अरब से तेल के आर्डर को कम करते हुए हुआ तेल के सभी आर्डर रूस को थमा दिया,  जिसके एवज में ओपेक देशों का संगठन कुछ दिनों बाद कश्मीर के मुद्दों पर सीधा बयान देता है,  अब ओपेक देशों के द्वारा कश्मीर के भीतरी मामलों में जो बयान दिया जा रहा है उसके पीछे सऊदी अरब ही हो सकता है,  और सऊदी अरब के द्वारा लगातार ऐसे कार्य पूरी दुनिया में किए जाते रहे हैं इसलिए आज कश्मीर में आतंकवाद की घटनाओं के पीछे पिछले 30 सालों से,  पाकिस्तान की अप्रत्यक्ष रुप से सहयोग करने में सऊदी अरब की बहुत बड़ी भूमिका रही है,  इसलिए सऊदी अरब की भूमिका भी संदिग्ध के दायरे में है, और सऊदी अरब मोदी सरकार को अस्थिर करने के लगातार प्रयास करते रहे है,
