जर्मनी क्यों चिंतित है,  जर्मनी की अर्थव्यवस्था बेहद दबाव में है,  जर्मनी को यूरोप का इंजन कहा जाता है,  रूस यूक्रेन युद्ध के बाद सबसे अधिक जर्मनी प्रभावित हुआ है,                               

जर्मनी अपने गैस की आपूर्ति के लिए रूस के ऊपर निर्भर है,  दूसरी तरफ जर्मनी नाटो का सदस्य होने के कारण और यूरोप का प्रमुख देश होने के कारण व रूस के खिलाफ एक्शन भी ले रहा है,  दोहरी मजबूरियों के कारण जर्मनी की अर्थव्यवस्था बेहद दबाव में है, 

               

 जर्मनी की मुद्रा गिर रही है,  जर्मनी को यह भी डर है कि आने वाले समय में रूस कहीं उसके गैस की आपूर्ति को बाधित न कर दे,  इसी कारण जर्मनी ने अपने गैस की आपूर्ति को सुचारू रूप से शुरू करने के लिए कतर  देश से समझौता किया है,  किंतु अरब देशों पर विश्वास करना भी एक मुश्किल काम है,                                   

 दुनिया की सभी मार्केट तेजी से गिर रहे हैं हर तरफ कोहराम मचा हुआ है कि आर्थिक मंदी आने वाली है, 

 किंतु आर्थिक मंदी आने के बाद भी डालर सबसे अधिक मजबूत हो रहा है,  ऐसा लग रहा है कि आर्थिक मंदी ने डालर को बेहद मजबूती प्रदान कर दी है, 

 

दुनिया की सभी देशों की करेंसी काफी गिर गई है डॉलर के मुकाबले! 

 ब्लूमवर्ग इंडेक्स करेंसी  10% गिर चुका है,  ब्रिटिश पाउंड इंडेक्स में 7% की गिरावट है,  मई 2021 के बाद जापान का येन  भी 20% गिर चुका है

 अगर इसे बेहद साधारण शब्दों में कहा जाए तो आप ऐसा देखेंगे कि अमेरिका के निवेशकों ने पूरी दुनिया के शेयर बाजारों में काफी धन निवेश किया था,  अमेरिका के निवेश शेयर बाज़ारो मे जैसे  जापान भारत यूरोप के समस्त देश, चाइना है, 

 

दुनिया के सभी बाजारों में आप एक ही चीज देखेंगे कि उनकी शेयर बाजारों में तेजी से गिरावट हो रही है,  विदेशी निवेशक तेजी से शेयर बाजारों को बेच रहे हैं,  और अपना पैसा बाहर निकालने हैं लगता है ऐसा है कि शेयर मार्केट को जानबूझकर भारी अमेरिका के  निवेशकों के द्वारा गिराया जा रहा है

 

यह ऐसी रणनीति  लगती है जैसे की गिरावट और मंदी को जानबूझकर पूरी दुनिया में लाया जा रहा है,  जिसे की दुनिया के सभी प्रमुख शेयर मार्केट सस्ते हो जाएं,  और इन सभी शेयर मार्केट बाजारों में सस्ते शेयर  को सस्ती कीमत पर खरीद लिया जाता है,  और                                      

जब यह से अपनी कीमत से 2 गुना 4 गुना या अधिक कीमत पर भी  पहुंचते हैं,  तो इनको बेचकर मार्केट को जानबूझकर गिराया जाता है, 

 शेयर मार्केट के माध्यम से अमेरिका पूरी दुनिया की मार्केट को और उस देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को कंट्रोल कर रहा है, 

 आप देख रहे हैं कि डालर मजबूत हो रहा है,  और दुनिया की समस्त देशों की करेंसी तेजी से गिर रही है,  इसका सबसे बड़ा कारण है कि शेयर बाजारों में विदेशी निवेशकों के द्वारा जो बिकवाली की जा रही है,  उसके बाद उस देश की प्राप्त करेंसी को  बेचने के बाद उसे डालर में परिवर्तित कर अमेरिका के निवेशक उसे अपने देश में  ले जा  रहे हैं, ऐसा होने से उस देश की करेंसी मे भारी बिकवाली  के साथ गिरावट हो रही है, और डालर मे तेज खरीद हो रही है      

       

उदाहरण के लिए भारत की मार्केट में विदेशी निवेशकों ने बहुत अधिक डॉलर  को मंदी मे डंप कर दिया था,  विदेशी निवेशकों ने सस्ती कीमत पर शेयर मार्केट में भारत के निवेश किया,  और जब उनकी शेयर की कीमत 2 गुना, 5 गुना, 10 गुना हो गई तो वह तेजी से बिकवाली करके उस देश मे ही  डालर खरीद कर उसे अपने देश में ले जा रहे हैं,                                        

पूरी दुनिया के शेयर मार्केट में तेजी से वहां की स्थानीय करेंसी को बेचा जा रहा है तथा डॉलर को खरीदा जा रहा है

 

ऐसा इसलिए हो रहा है कि जब अमेरिका के निवेशक जब किसी देश में निवेश करते हैं तो वह डालर लेकर उस देश में आते हैं और उस देश की मुद्रा को डालर से परिवर्तन कर लेते हैं,  और उस देश की स्थानीय करेंसी से शेयर मार्केट में निवेश करते हैं

                                                                       जब शेयर मार्केट में बिकवाली होती है तो यही निवेशक वहां से शेयर बाजार को बेचते  हैं,  और शेयर बेचने के बाद जो मुद्रा प्राप्त होती है वह उस देश की करेंसी में प्राप्त होती है,  उस देश में शेयर बेचने से जो करेंसी प्राप्त होती है उसको डालर में परिवर्तन कर उसे  अपने देश मे ला रहे है,  जिसेसे  डॉलर मजबूत होता है, 

 

पिछले 40 से अधिक सालों में अमेरिका की इसी खेल से अमेरिका डॉलर लगातार मजबूत होता जा रहा है,  और दूसरे देश की मुद्रा हमेशा कमजोर हो रही है,                                 

अमेरिकी निवेशक शेयर मार्केट के माध्यम से भारी पैसा लाभ के रूप में अपने देश में लेकर जाते हैं, 

 इस बात से यह बात साबित होती है कि पूरी दुनिया के बाजारों को शेयर मार्केट के माध्यम से अमेरिका कंट्रोल कर रखा है,  अमेरिका के पास सबसे अधिक धन है और शेयर बाजार में जिसके पास सबसे अधिक धन है वह उस पूरे बाजार को कंट्रोल करता है

 जर्मनी की अर्थव्यवस्था भी थोड़े समय के लिए ही मंदी की चपेट में आने की आहट  में दिखाई पड़ रही है

 ऐसा लग रहा है कि मंदी और तेरी अमेरिका के दो हथियार हैं और किसी हथियार से दुनिया की अर्थव्यवस्थाओं को अमेरिका कंट्रोल कर रहा है और डालर मजबूत हो रहा है

 

जर्मनी को रूस के तरफ से 40% कम गैस की सप्लाई की जा रही है जिसे जर्मनी में आने वाले समय में गैस की भारी किल्लत का सामना करना पड़ सकता है जिससे उनकी अर्थव्यवस्था भी प्रभावित होगी!

 जर्मनी की सरकार अपने यहां की गैस स्टोरेज को 90% सर्दियों  को देखते हुए भरना चाहती है,  किंतु रूस के द्वारा 40% की गैस की सप्लाई में कटौती के कारण जर्मनी के गैस स्टोरेज की क्षमता को प्रभावित किया है जिससे जर्मनी काफी चिंतित है!

 जर्मनी का कहना है कि रूस की तरफ से जानबूझकर जर्मनी की गैस की आपूर्ति को 40% कम कर दिया गया है,  जर्मनी का मानना है कि रूस जानबूझकर  जर्मनी के देश स्टोरेज को भरना नहीं चाहता है

 जर्मनी ने रूस के ऊपर यह भी आरोप लगाया है कि रूस जानबूझकर जर्मनी में गैस की कमी कर जर्मनी के अंदर महंगाई पैदा करना चाहता है,  जिससे कि जर्मनी की अर्थव्यवस्था मंदी में फंस जाएगी
